Appointments

  • To guarantee you receive your entire service, please arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment.
  • To ensure that we can meet your schedule and keep your appointment, we advise you to arrange your next appointment before you leave the salon. During your consultation, your technician will suggest how frequently you should come back to keep your style.

Late Policy

If you anticipate being late for your appointment, kindly notify us in advance. We might have to reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. We put a lot of effort into allocating the appropriate amount of time to each service. It is frequently impossible to accommodate late guests without interfering with the schedules of all other guests for the day. We regretfully cannot guarantee that your services will be completed on the day you arrive; this could lead to an unfinished service and lower the quality of your service, which is something we never feel comfortable doing. Being on time guarantees that you and your other guests will receive the best possible service, and it also enables you to enjoy the exceptional

Cancellation

Since we value your appointment and recognise that scheduling changes are inevitable, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Note: There will be a 10% charge on last-minute canceling bookings.

No Shows

You will not be able to make any further appointments if you miss two in a row without getting in touch with the salon.
