STANDARD SHIPPING
Our standard shipping time across UAE is 1-2 working days (1 day for Dubai orders and 1-2 days for other Emirate orders).
Once we receive your order we make all attempts to deliver as soon as possible and within the committed time.

Our Standard shipping is:

• 30 AED for orders below 300 AED
• free delivery for orders over 300 AED.

FREE PICK UP
Once your order is placed, it will be ready for you to pick up next day from our beauty hub:

• JVC, The Icon Casa bldg., shop #2, Noona Beauty salon
• Opening time: every day from Monday to Sunday from 10AM till 9PM.

Pick up from the beauty hub is free.

Unfortunately, there is no return or exchange option for beauty products at this point.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can contact us via email hello.plumsandpearls@gmail.com. Please attach any pictures you have of the product to the email in order for us to investigate the issue. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.

• card payments (applicable at the pick up location only).

Noona beauty shop works directly with brands and official distributors in the UAE. All products are 100% genuine and certified as per the local law requirements.

• What happens after I place an order?

You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. We may contact you to clarify some information if required.

• How can I track my order?

After you place an order you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp confirmation with an estimated delivery time.

• What if I am not around when the delivery boy arrives?

The delivery boy will give you a call and if appropriate he will leave your order at the reception or at the door (as per your instruction). If left at the door, the delivery boy will take a picture and share via WhatsApp or email.

• Where does Noona beauty shop ships to?

We ship across UAE.

• Where are your packages shipped from?

From our warehouse in JVC, Dubai.

• Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship across UAE.
